These Terms of Service (hereinafter the "Terms") set out the conditions for the provision and use of SplatLab (hereinafter the "Site"). By using the Site, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

1. About the Site

The Site is a non-profit fan site operated by an individual that automatically analyzes Splatoon 3 gameplay videos published on YouTube using computer vision (image analysis), allowing you to statistically view team compositions, kills/deaths, rule-count progression, gear configurations, and more for each match.

The Site is an unofficial fan site and is in no way affiliated with Nintendo Co., Ltd. or any other rights holders."Splatoon" is a registered trademark of Nintendo Co., Ltd. The game screens shown on the Site are quoted only to the extent necessary to explain the analysis results, and all copyrights belong to the respective rights holders.

2. About the Videos Analyzed

• Only videos publicly available on YouTube are analyzed. Members-only videos and private videos are not included.
• Video playback uses YouTube's official embedded player; the Site does not distribute or redistribute the videos themselves. View counts and advertising revenue belong to the video uploader.
• Analysis results are published together with a link to the video and clearly indicate the uploader's name (channel name).
• If we receive a request to stop publication from the video uploader themselves, we will promptly remove the video in question and its analysis results.

3. Accuracy of Analysis Data

All analysis on the Site is performed by automated processing and may contain reading errors or missed detections. Figures shown such as kill/death counts, team compositions, gear configurations, and win rates are for reference only and are not guaranteed to be accurate or complete. Moreover, because the number of matches is small, statistics such as win rates are particularly subject to bias.

4. About Accounts

• Using some features (profile registration, favorites, analysis requests) requires signing in with a Google account.
• The handling of registered information follows our Privacy Policy.
• If you wish to delete your account, please contact us using the contact details below.

5. About Analysis Requests

Signed-in users may submit the URL of a YouTube video they would like analyzed. Whether a requested video is analyzed is at the operator's discretion, and analysis is not guaranteed. Please refrain from requesting videos that infringe copyright or do not fit the purpose of the Site.

6. Prohibited Conduct

When using the Site, the following conduct is prohibited.

• Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
• Acts that infringe the rights of other users, video uploaders, or third parties
• Acts that place an excessive load on the Site's servers (such as repeated automated access)
• Acts that interfere with the operation of the Site
• Any other conduct the operator deems inappropriate

7. Disclaimer

• The Site is provided without warranty. The operator makes no warranty whatsoever as to the accuracy, usefulness, or continued availability of the content.
• The operator assumes no liability for any damages arising from the use of the Site.
• The Site may change its content or suspend or terminate its provision without prior notice.

8. Changes to These Terms

The operator may change these Terms when it deems necessary. The revised Terms take effect from the time they are posted on this page.
